Thermal technology clean heating research and demonstration project is being carried out in full swing.

The demonstration project is located in Chaoyang No. 1 Branch of Beijing Thermal Group. The project number is JT18-02A360. The main equipment is composed of energy storage system, electric heating system, heat exchange system, molten salt pump valve system, instrument electrical system and control system, covering an area of 151. The project uses the existing power capacity to store heat in the form of electric heating molten salt during the low-valley electricity period, and supplies the heating and non-heating season domestic hot water demand. It has the characteristics of safety, environmental protection and economy. It solves the economic benefit problem for the high operation cost of "coal to electricity". The molten salt system has 60GJ storage energy, 4800KW maximum heat transfer power and 2100KW maximum heating power. The new type of LMP molten salt is used in the regenerative  burner medium. Its melting point is lower, specific heat capacity is larger, the temperature range is wider, the area is smaller, the system has no risk of freeze plugging, does not need the whole heat tracing system, the cost is lower, and the system is safer.

Molten salt regenerative  burner technology is a new heating technology. It is an important part of guiding clean heating, improving the environment and improving the stability of power grid. The patent technology of green molten salt regenerative  burner for civil energy storage and the team's focus on clean energy for many years have also been highly recognized by Beijing Thermal Group. This demonstration project saves 852 tons of standard coal annually, 2130 tons of carbon dioxide emission reduction annually, 27 tons of sulfur dioxide emission reduction annually, 12 tons of nitrogen oxide emission reduction annually and 18 tons of smoke and dust emission reduction annually. It belongs to a genuine clean heating mode, which fully meets the relevant national policy requirements and helps to defend the blue sky. It is very important in the air pollution prevention and control plan. An important link.
