3. High alumina refractory fiber is used between the upper flange of the crucible and the panel to close the furnace gas. The pot cover is made of high alumina refractory fiber lining to achieve good heat preservation and light weight.
4, crucible thickness of 30mm or so, the service life can be as long as 70~120 days.
5. PLC regenerative combustion automatic control system control, once safety abnormalities are found, prompt operators to deal with them automatically.

Applicable fuels: gas and fuel;
Suitable conditions: The furnace temperature of crucible furnace is 800 ~1300 C depending on different metal requirements, and the capacity of molten pool is generally between 200 kg and 2000 kg.
Product Application: Crucible furnace is suitable for non-ferrous metal die-casting industry with less production quantity, more varieties, higher product quality requirements or some special performance requirements.
