Regenerative type trolley heating furnace
The trolley heating furnace is suitable for ferrous metal forging industry for heating the large and long steel billets before forging. The furnace wall and furnace roof are fixed, and the bottom of the furnace is movable trolley. The front car is heated outside the furnace. The heating parts need to be placed on the special mat, and the height of the iron is 200 ~ 400mm. When heating, the trolley is pulled into the furnace by the traction mechanism. After heating, the trolley is pulled out of the furnace to discharge. The billet is fed into the hearth with the trolley and heated periodically. The temperature of the whole hearth remains unchanged. The effective area of the trolley is generally 6-80 square meters.

1. The bogie heating furnace body is made of profiled steel, and the surface of the bogie heating furnace is made of steel plates of more than 6 mm. After welding each other, a whole body with good sealing effect and less heat loss is formed, which is used as the outer steel frame structure of the bogie heating furnace.
2. Through ingenious design, the thermal insulation performance of the furnace lining is improved by 20%, and the heat storage loss of the furnace lining is reduced by more than 60%. The surface temperature of the furnace body is guaranteed to rise below 60 C. The energy-saving effect is more prominent, and the service life of the furnace is twice as long as that of the traditional bogie heating furnace.
3Adopting domestic advanced spring-type compaction structure and soft-edge sealing device, it has long service life and good sealing effect, and can effectively prevent heat spillover in the furnace. The loading trolley is compact in structure, firm in assembly and flexible in entry and exit.
4. PLC regenerative combustion automatic control system control, once safety abnormalities are found, the alarm signal will be immediately activated.
