Box type on-line degassing equipment

Guangzhou Longxin LXDU-X box type on-line degassing equipment is a high-end on-line degassing equipment, which uses PLC + touch screen control, with electric lift, electric rotation, automatic degassing, temperature control of liquid aluminium and other functions. Box-type on-line degassing equipment is installed in the position close to the flow trough. The inlet and outlet of liquid aluminium are designed on the flow trough. As an independent on-line non-stop degassing equipment, it is suitable for continuous casting or semi-continuous casting melting furnace with liquid aluminium flow rate of 10 to 50 tons per hour.

Special inlet and outlet of aluminum liquid is designed to ensure that the aluminum liquid in the furnace is sealed. You can also design the tilting degassing box to achieve no residual aluminum and reduce waste.
- Technical parameters:
1. Number of rotors: 1 to 3 grades of rotors are optional. Each rotor is equipped with an electric heating device. Each rotor and electric heating device can be controlled independently.
2. Degassing object: hydrogen in flowing liquid in the chute or degassing box.
3, electric heater power: each power 20kW immersion electric heater, to ensure that the temperature control accuracy of aluminum liquid is + 2 degrees centigrade.
4. Maximum liquid aluminum handling capacity: each rotor can handle 15t/h aluminum fluid.
5. Electromechanical characteristics: electric lifting and rotation, convenient for equipment maintenance and replacement of graphite rotor and electric heating device;

7. Degassing media: industrial dry nitrogen or argon with purity of 99.996% or more, the gas flow rate of each rotor is adjustable from 0.25 to 4 Nm_/h, and the gas input pressure is 0.4 to 0.6 MPa (automatic alarm when it is below 0.2 MPa prompts the replacement of gas source);
8. Degassing effect: According to the calculation of each rotor, when the inlet flow rate is not more than 15 t/h and the hydrogen content is not more than 0.35 ml/100g, the hydrogen content can be reduced to less than 0.17 ml/100g at 700-730 (?) When the inlet hydrogen content is greater than 0.35ml/100g, the degassing efficiency is not less than 50%.
9. Automatic alarm and indicator lights flashing when fault occurs to remind operators.
10. The highest temperature outside the shell is less than 65 degrees Celsius.
