Regenerative burner chamber type heating furnace
Chamber furnace is a chamber furnace with fixed shape (such as square, rectangular, circular, etc.) hearth, also known as box furnace. The billet is loaded and removed in batches from the furnace gate, and periodically heated. The temperature of the whole furnace remains unchanged. The furnace area is generally less than 10 square meters. The average heat efficiency of the traditional chamber heating furnace is less than 10%, and the exhaust heat loss is above 50%.

1. The regenerative chamber heating furnace uses profiled steel as its framework and steel plates over 8mm as its surface. After welding, it forms a whole with good sealing effect and less heat dissipation loss, which serves as the outer steel frame structure of the chamber heating furnace.
2. Furnace door shell is welded by section steel and sheet metal to form a solid frame structure with light refractory lining, good heat preservation performance and light weight, and energy saving effect is more prominent, and its service life is twice as long as that of traditional chamber heating furnace.
3. PLC regenerative combustion automatic control system control, once safety abnormalities are found, the alarm signal will be immediately activated.
