Regenerative aluminum melting furnace and heat preservation furnace
Aluminum melting furnace is a kind of melting furnace in which scrap aluminium or aluminium alloy burden is placed in the molten pool, melted by combustion flame, impurities are removed, and alloy composition is further adjusted to meet the technical requirements of composition standards and temperature requirements. Heat preservation furnace is a non-ferrous metallurgical furnace that heates, insulates and exhausts the solution of aluminium or aluminium alloy to meet the technological requirements. The furnace type is tilted, fixed, rectangular and circular.

- Product features:
1. Aluminum melting furnace and heat preservation furnace body adopt profiled steel as skeleton and steel plate above 8mm as furnace surface. After welding, a whole body with good sealing effect and less heat loss is formed, which is used as the outer steel frame structure of aluminium melting furnace.
2. The sealing of the door and mouth of the furnace adopts the advanced spring-type compaction structure and soft-edge sealing device in China, which has the characteristics of long use mission and good sealing effect, and can effectively prevent heat spillover in the furnace.
3. Furnace door shell is welded by section steel and plate to form a solid frame structure with light refractory lining, good heat preservation performance and light weight.
4. PLC regenerative combustion automatic control system control, once safety abnormalities are found, the alarm signal will be immediately activated.
