Automatic feeding refiner
Guangzhou Longxin LXCP automatic feeding refining machine is used for refining 60 tons and 40 tons melting furnace aluminium and aluminium alloy melt before casting. It sprays a steady flow of refining agent under the molten aluminium through a slag removal tube with a hole and inert gas as the carrier, effectively contacting the refining agent with the molten aluminium to achieve the best refining effect.

1. Unique feeder design ensures that the flux is evenly and continuously brought into the liquid aluminium, so that all the flux can fully contact with the liquid aluminium, prolongs the action time of the flux and the liquid aluminium, maximizes the role of the flux and reduces the amount of flux added. It avoids the general powder sprayer to blow a large amount of flux into the liquid aluminium in a very short time, the flux floats locally in the liquid aluminium, can not fully react with the liquid aluminium, the reaction is not complete, resulting in flux waste and other deficiencies;
2, using speed-regulating motor, refining flux adding speed can be adjusted at will, refining flux adding speed: 0-2000 g/min .
