Lifting type casting degassing device
Guangzhou Longxin LXDU-Z Foundry Degassing Device is a new type of degassing device developed by our company by ourselves, which learns advanced technology. By adopting the most popular degassing concept in the world, the degassing device is placed on the casting holding furnace or converter ladle for degassing. Inert gas is applied in molten aluminium through the rotating rotor nozzle. A large number of dispersed small bubbles are formed to carry hydrogen to the surface of the molten aluminum to achieve the purpose of removing hydrogen. At the same time, in the process of bubbles floating, depending on the surface tension of bubbles, some slag inclusions are brought out of the melt to achieve the purpose of refining the liquid aluminum.
